The last two touchdowns coming off a pass in the national championship game for UA were scored by Marcel Dareus and George Teague.

We don't pass good and stuff.

Alabama was running the wishbone in their two "national title game" appearances for the 1978 and 1979 season.

Alabama was playing Stallings ball in the 1993 Sugar Bowl.

We were very conservative in the 2010 BCS title game.

A.J. attempted 34 passes in the 2012 BCS title, but there was only one TD.

Brandon Gibson could have made up for causing the E. Reid INT during the regular season game by making that catch in NOLA...

He was a starting QB for Alabama in 1978. The Rams drafted him 246th overall in the 1979 NFL draft. He was an assistant coach at Vanderbilt in the 90s, after his NFL career ended in 1992. He also became a head coach in high school, and then an assistant in the NFL.

It is as true as if Andrew Zow had thrown it, Alabama fans would have called it an option touchdown.
