Yes, it’s called a Scholarship agreement.
And here’s the deal — it’s NOT on the student-athletes. It’s on the coaches and boosters who apparently need a reminder that tampering isn’t just a fancy word; it means illegally trying to steal someone else’s player by sneaky calls, texts, gifts, or whatever shady nonsense.
Even low IQ fans like you should know coaches just can't waltz into someone else’s locker room and talk NIL with another teams player without threat of NCAA consequences... .

What I saw from Sellers who played in the bowl game against Illinois that got me thinking will the team be much better this coming season?

Valid point. At least the dude is staying where he is at instead of taking an offer for more. Good money is good money. Not always greener on that other field.

Saying it’s insanity isn’t denying it’s happening. I’m saying is completely unhinged to pay a guy of his caliber 4M. The title suggests it’s 8M per, but 4 is insane in itself
