University presidents and ADs don't select the president.
Kiffin would win a lot at a high profile program, but if he is still be getting in twitter fights and generally embarrassing the brass then the very second he had a slight downturn he'd find himself looking for a ride from the tarmac again.
He went 8-5, 10-2, 7-6 at USC despite being under severe sanctions. The 3-2 start his last season was only an excuse to can him.

I know Jim's real name. I set up on alter on TideSports back in the day using his real name. I would call people fool and brag a lot. Then, "Jim" came out of the closet one day to his fellow posters. The real guy called the Editor of the Tuscaloosa News (they ran the site) and threatened to sue them. I got banned for a little while, but it was totally worth it.
