Oh no, you got me there! I guess I'll have to go bury my face in my girlfriend's huge rack. Who also happens to be 10 years younger. The horror!
Sure sure.

will be a big matchup between SC and LSU in a couple of weeks.
In the grand scheme it means jack. Both teams are poised to make a deep postseason run

I always love these threads. Everyone shits on WBB until their team is good at it. First SC were the up and comers vs UT. Then SC became the dominant team. Then MSU fans on here posted a bunch when they were good. And now it’s LSU fans
Well, with all due respect, SC hasn't been "the dominant team" for that long, and it appears that LSU (who actually has a long history of success and been dormant for about ten years), is about to be "the dominant team". Everything happens in cycles..................................................

You have to be bad if you're clinging to women's basketball to cheer for. LSU and USC . Makes sense

Well, with all due respect would you share with us this "long history of success and dominance for about ten years" in LSU women's basketball history you claimed? What frame of time that might-be?
I remember well when Louisiana Tech was a powerhouse for at least a decade or more. Pam Parsons was our coach at SC at the time and we were, for awhile at least until the great carpet munching scandal, ... we were a powerhouse as well in the 70s. (When I was an undergraduate in the 70s and then on-into the early 80s SC was ... although it wasn't really NCAA sanctioned until '82, about 10 years after Title IX kicked-in with a vengeance.)
Anyways, would you share those ten years of LSU women's basketball dominance with us please?

FWIW, during the past ten yrs, the 2020 Covid canceled season, SC had one of the greatest teams of all time in 2020 but was denied a championship because of the covid nonsensical bullshite. LINK
I do believe Kim Mulkey is going-to-do very well at LSU ... especially if she can find another Brittney Griener, although players such as he are hard to find these days.

You must’ve not been here when Alabama was desperately celebrating a men’s basketball win over a hapless LSU team.

LSU had a great run from the late 90s until around 2008, just never broke through for a title. Did make five consecutive Final Fours. Some great players.

You have to consider South Carolina fans didn’t follow this until the bulldyke started coaching.

Reading is fundamental.
Go back and READ my post. I didn't say that LSU was DOMINANT for ten years (and for that matter, neither has SC). I said they had a long history of success and had been DORMANT for about ten years (because of bad coaching hires). LSU is returning to its rightful place in the upper echelon of women's college basketball. THAT is a fact.
Now then, regarding the current situation. SC looks great........as does LSU. It's going to be another great game between the two programs next month, just as it was last season. But don't think that SC will be the perennial power in the conference moving forward. I'd venture to say that will be LSU, along with SC and UT. Next season, LSU will be THE favorite to win the SEC and a favorite to win the NCAA tournament. This season, with nine new players on the roster, is just gravy. If we beat SC in February, it'll be great. If we don't, it's not that big of a deal. SC loses seven seniors off this team, and LSU returns EVERYBODY (except Morris), AND brings in the #1 recruiting class in the nation next season (with the #1 HS player in the nation).
