It's about matchups. Smart always struggled with dynamic qbs.

I am trying to think of all of the coaches who never struggled against dynamic QB's.

I thought UGA was clearly better in 2021 and 2023 as well heading into the SEC championship game. They end up getting blasted in one and run over in the other by Bama.

A 3 point loss is run over?

So basically Kirby is a younger version of Ed O

Can you imagine if he just randomly starts growling ’GO DAWGS’ after every interview

We're 1-1 with a qb injury away from 2-0

Freeze is a dead man walking and going to get blown out by Georgia and Alabama this year.

Just to make sure this is the same Freeze the midget wanted to hire, right?

I just hope he doesn't ever start dressing up like a milkman and doing wild gyrations that supposedly mean something.
Imagine being the fan of a team that has not won a championship since 1939 and criticizing a coach that has just won two in 3 years.

Honest question. Who exactly was the smartest coach you've seen on the sidelines?

On top of the world! Just like Dabo. And Urban. And Tom Osborn. But I’m sure Kirby will keep the program going .

A&M is 2-10, with almost half the losses being one-score games.

Too bad it wont be an annual thing- last three years were great games.

See you in Atlanta? Maybe not. You have plenty on your plate and LSU has always been that SEC rival since you got here. With the shorthorns back on the menu you should be more than busy in the rival business.

Kirby is a damn good coach, administrator, and recruiter.

Wishing and hoping he will fail is a waste of time.

Losing his OC was a setback for sure but that will happen when your program is at the top. Nick lost them most years.

You're going to have to beat them on the field instead of talking them to death.

To be fair, it was a pretty big 1. And, all but one that I recall have been very competitive with generally higher stakes.

And let's be honest pre-2021 SEC title game and Bobo OC, Georgia lost those Bama games because of Kirby's defense blowing leads. I mean you got a 23-7 halftime lead over Bama in 2017 title game and you blow that to freshman Tua? You blow 2018 to backup Hurts? Georgia should have won those games but for that.

Well Kirby, if you are going to leave yourself open, we might as well take our shot…

Texas is 8-2-1 vs Alabama. You’re welcome.

Can’t blow a lead if the offense keeps on working.

Damn, you’ve played Bama 11 times since 2016? That’s quite an impressive record
