You mean you responding to bmy on a comment I made and liking my blue chippers to step up?
Peterson helping out with the younger DB's from day one helped with their development. Especially Claiborne. That was my whole blue chip leader point. He stepped up and took a leadership role like he should have given his hype, personality, and athletic ability.
You guys took that comment and blew it to the stratosphere by bringing up Jefferson and Perriloux.

Is it that homerish to say Claiborne thus far has out performed Dre? What makes Dre better thus far? Please, I'll keep an open mind and hear you out
so far on the season, Dre has 3 tackles all solo which means there haven't been that many passes thrown his way. he's got 5 PBU's and 2 FF's. the teams played so far haven't really touched Dre. he's done what he's supposed to do against lesser competition. that's about all i have for him this season. can't speak for Claiborne.

wasnt peterson's father a coach or something? maybe its just more natural for him to assume that role. its a nice intangible to have in a blue chip recruit, but its not something you should expect out of them.

Excuse me for thinking claiborne has out performed Dre thus far in their college careers. I'm not basing it on int's either. His toughness, athleticism, and overall leadership give him the edge. I wouldn't call him a pure cover corner like Dre yet, but he is overall a more physical Corner.

I never said I expect anything. I said I like for them to step up. There is a difference in liking and expectations.

I hate when people talk about Dre's outstanding "measurables". The guy is 6'1" maybe 180. All the people that think he is 6'3" are retarded. Just because he is lanky doesnt mean he is that tall. He is also soft and poor vs the run
Mo>Dre
If Mo was a 5 star in HS this wouldnt even be a topic of discussion.

I'm 5'10.. I would say he is easily 6'2, but more than likely he is as listed, at least from what I can tell. And he is 190 now.

He is absolutely not 190 pounds.
Plus the butt-fricking he received from Alshon Jeffery takes him out of the running

Dre Kirkpatrick is a product of hype from Alabama fans

You still gonna say this when Dre is All SEC and All American, and is taken in the NFL draft higher?

We've already talked about that, try to keep up. UNC's Boyd buttfricked Claiborne if you want to play that card.

I dont have time... Obviously me thinking Mo is better than Dre is my opinion, so no I wont change it when Dre and half the Alabama defense is named first team all-american

And how do you, or would you know how much Dre weighs? Dre has done everything he was supposed to do so far outside of a few plays.

ya'll need to get off this guys nuts...he's not an early round pick
Most fans realize this. But he's still more productive than almost every player in college football on the defensive side of the ball.

I can look at him and tell he is not 190 pounds. Mo looks ALOT thicker than him and Mo is just under 190
