Yeah, we hear this every year and people praise the overrated SEC. This year come bowl season, I imagine it will end about like it did last year.

SEC just got taken to the woodshed by the ACC a couple weeks ago

Did you even read what I said? I had the SEC below the Big 10 and Big 12. I'm not over rating the SEC.

Outside of UF, ACC didn't woodshed anybody. They struggled to win the games they did against bad East teams, and that UF game was closer than the score.

Wins are wins.

Bowl season will look a lot like last year. Sec was pathetic.

He will have a diploma from Stanford hanging on his wall. I'd take that over the Heisman 10/10 times. It's a better guarantee of being a good professional than the Hypeman Trophy is.

I probably would agree with this.

Only one thing would make me hesitate, the Heisman is a means to make money for the rest of your life. Appearances, sports media work, endorsements locally and nationally, autograph sessions...etc. Not all winners have taken full advantage, but these opportunities are definitely there. Put them all together, and one could easily earn well above average.

Surprising that he isn't winning more. No offense to Henry but the Stanford kid is a much more complete back. Shockingly good catching the ball and making plays in space
lol, how dumb are you? It not like henry is a bad reciever, we just dont throw to runningbacks much under kiffin. Henry is fantastic in space, and is one of the best pass blocking rbs you will ever see

How do the defenses played mean nothing when it comes to accumulating stats?

McCaffrey got to play Auburn and aTm every week.

So now we know another stat that doesn't matter. Any more you care to enlighten us about?

Doesn't Matter
Touchdowns
Defenses faced

USC D allows avg of over 400yds per game
Oregon an avg of 480 yds per game
Arizona 463
Colorado 416
UCF 464
Washington State 423
Oregon State 481
Cal 455
UCLA 393
Notre Dame 362
Total average: 433 yards

By comparison defenses Bama played against
Wi avg 267 yd game
FL 295
GA 298
LSU 342
TN 370
TAM 367
OM 387
MSU 388
Ark 401
Aub 420
Total Avg: 353

The average D that Stanford played allowed 80 yards more per game. That's nearly an entire field more yards. Put Henry in the PAC and let him play teams that allow nearly 100 more yards per game on average and see just how many yards he gets...
