Bert at Luby's Buffett: Bert will start slowly with the soup and salad, and will appear to be filling up on bread and refills of sweet tea. Halfway through the meal, it will look like he is down for the count...but he will regroup, and hit the mashed potatoes with gravy and fried chicken. In the end, Bert will be victorious with a trail of food and condiments left in his wake.
