Why would he leave? His dream job was USC and he’s persona non grata there. The way he handled leaving the NFL makes it too difficult to be a HC in the NFL now. His leaving Tennessee and getting shitcanned at USC really hurt his chances at a power 5 contender. He’s done nothing at Ole Miss to mitigate his baggage.
Ole Miss is a great fit for him. He brings an interesting product to a school that fits his ceiling.
