I've never been a fan of this argument. You could say it about a lot of backs on a lot of days.

Even if his numbers are pedestrian outside of that run, the defense will still have to account for his homerun threat ability. That alone could open things up for UF's passing game.

All of this, and add to the fact that Florida's secondary looked slow and out of position all night.

AU's receivers were running free, Nix just had a freshman game. If he was a soph/junior QB I see AU handling UF easily.
