Sumlin was widely quoted upon seeing LSU's players up close & personal in that first game as saying to one of his assistants "I want players who look like that". He's been at aggie land long enough now to have recruited and stocked up on this type of player? Where are they beyond having a bunch of stars behind their names?

Well... after the announcement of him opening up the QB race again, does anyone want to change their answer?

He really does come off a prick.
I've been hating on Rumlin since the 2013 LSU game. That was the worst gameplan I've ever seen against LSU's worst defense in years. He basically just begged Manziel to run around and occasionally lob it up to Mike Evans

That's what their offense is. Frontyard football....

Wut? He barely ran at all and had over 40 pass attempts. Evans wasn't even the leading receiver that day. I really don't believe some of y'all actually watch the games

I visited the TexAgs board on Sunday. They are in a simmering melt.
They are figuring out Sumlin might not be capable. They think Chavis is untouchable. I wonder how they will feel if LSU beats them by 4 TD's or more?

Well I was drunk and it was pouring that game

By running around I meant he just ran around in the backfield immediately in hopes of the secondary breaking down. Still I have no idea how you could remotely defend that gameplan. That was a really bad LSU defense.
