Joker has beaten UT before as a player. I'm sure he wants nothing more than to do it as the Head Coach.

i don't mean to disrepect yall as much as it seems. i look at the UK game differently than the lorenzen days. i still expect wins but truth be told we are still the better team. unfortunately that hasn't meant all that much the last 2 years. UK deserved that win in 2009, joe cox deserves to be beaten. as does richt.
i just can't see this year being as a good a match up as the last few years, which have been pretty good come to think about it. 2010 really i think UK could have won had they not turned the ball over so damn much. our offense was anemic but it didn't really need anymore. our defense was giving up chunks too. it was a weird game. hell, ealey scored 5 TDs

Mike Sinletary sucks as a coach. Joker Phillips is a much better coach than people give him credit for. Kentucky had not beat South Carolina in 11 years and never even won a game against Steve Spurrier. UK beat them in Phillips first season.

I don't know why you're comparing Singletary and Joker. The point I was making is that your playing ability has nothing to do with your coaching ability.

I don't know why your bringing up Singletary. Thats a terrible example.
I am saying Joker grew up in Kentucky, played for Kentucky, and coached successfully at Kentucky. I am talking about his loyalty to the program. If anyone wants to beat UT it will be Joker. He will do whatever he can to win at UK.

UT can handle that one. I wouldn't hold my breath for UK to do it.
