Why would Smith have ever given UGA the time of day? Just because he went to HS in the state? His family isn't originally from there. His dad was working in the Kings front office not long ago, he probably spent as much time living in California growing up as he did Georgia.

If being in state mattered to someone like Jabari, he was a lot closer to Georgia Tech, and they have much better basketball history/ potential than UGA does.

Y'all want to talk about UGA being disappointing in basketball, right now Georgia Tech is the real disappointment in that state
