Only the nose of the football has to be on the line just like scoring a TD.

Probably should have been reviewed.

Wut? The entire football has to be out of the endzone to NOT be a safety. Come on man, at least know the rules.

It was a safety. They screwed up the call before halftime. Then they tried to make two different make-up calls to square it.

But they'd already killed momentum. It was too late. Just like calling four fouls in the last minute before halftime in basketball - to even it up. That's what they tried to do.

Yep. The no TD was horrendous. The targeting on the pick 6 and no safety were typical bad calls.

Taking the TD away from UK likely had a much bigger impact on the game than the other 2 bad calls.

Can agree with this. No doubt it looked like a UK TD on the field. Even though the angle on the review 'looked' like he got the ball over the line, you couldn't see the ball. They had no choice but to make the call stand. I have no clue why neither of the side refs called it a TD. He was clearly over the goal line. Maybe they couldn't see the ball live either?

Yeah this photo was one of my favorites after a very very generous spot on I believe 4th down. Enough daylight for the camera to pick up easily but still a first down for Auburn.
