It would be mighty Kentucky of us to win the games we shouldn’t. Then piss down our legs and lose all the games we should win. Congrats on the 50 piece. Take Stoops back to Texas with you.

Do most Kentucky fans start rooting for WKY or EKY at this point in the season for football or just 100% wildcat basketball at this point? I mean for 50 years you guys have been below irrelevant, I’m sure it’s a science at this point.

We root for Texas to go back where they came from. Y’all are really flirting with tenner level of shitty fans.

All conquered people and vanquished states root for their conquerors to go back to whence they came.
What you got ain’t nothing new. It ain’t all waiting on you. That’s vanity.

I'd say this one will be somewhere in between the Florida and the Arkansas game, scorewise

How the hell is Delaware a Southern state?

All bullshite aside, UK has always been my favorite legacy SEC team.
Having worked in E-town for several years, how they packed Commonwealth Stadium year in year out was impressive
Some good baws there and safe travels for those of you coming.
FWIW, I go back to Derrick Ramsey and Sonny “the Fro” Collins…

Or….just say you are ashamed of a truth— Kentucky is the Midwest cosplaying as a Southern baw. Your grandkids have aspirations to go to Cincy and tOSU. Sad.

Wait are you arguing that Cincy is the south!?!?

Same, tbh. I’m needling these guys because it’s our opponent this week and it’s kinda fun to punch down, as the one UK fan correctly said, and pushing on a nerve about Ohio is funny and annoying to them, but the truth is I like UK.
Always rooted for them as underdogs growing up and in the years both were good in basketball, always favored UK > UNC.
Also, UK gave me my first shot and their academic journal was where I was first published, so always special place in my heart.
Just giving the UK fans a hard time, as we are wont to do.

And Knoxville is equidistant to Cincinnati and Atlanta. The Northeastern most tip of TN is closer to Canada than it is to Memphis.
Geography is funny.

Here is where I’ll drop the veil on my act a bit, but Cincy (NKY) is actually a super underrated area. Geographically it’s almost perfectly centrally located to get to a lot of metro areas by car and their airport punches above its weight. Plus more F500 companies in like a 100 mile radius than any other area (might be an old stat).
Short of Dallas which is actually the perfectly situated city for business and business travel all over the US (with the proper airport for it), you could do a LOT worse than NKY/cincy.
