The word “alum” is an informal reference to either a male or female graduate. “Alums” refers to a group of graduates that can be all male, all female or mixed
Wrong!
An alumnus is someone who attended a particular school, college, or university. They didn't have to be a graduate.

Thank goodness Javonte Smart knew how to keep those types at bay because he and Joseph are best friends

LSU and Kentucky alum.

There ya go!

He's still a POS if he killed or was involved with the murder.

Do you feel the same about Henry Ruggs, who was drunk and killed someone, you know, the Alabama alumnus? Just want to make sure we really "care" about these things.

Let's try this one more time, and I'll even bold the important part.

No, the important word for you bastardizing the meaning is highlighted

Kid is a POS. He was suspended at LSU and seems he was suspended at Kentucky, and now he may have murdered someone. Where he went to school and/or whether or not he'd be considered an alumnus of LSU and/or Kentucky is irrelevant. The things people argue about on here sometimes is stupid

I would say Kelvin is a bigger pos. Setting out to intentionally murder someone if he did it is different than what Ruggs did

Firstly, I don't recall any comments
I made about the thread other than to correct the alumnus definition, BUT I'd be the first person to state that Ruggs didn't intentionally kill anybody, unlike Joseph allegedly did.
They'll BOTH pay a steep if they're found guilty of their crimes, so I'll leave it to the justice system to sort all that out.

Nope...

ANYONE who drives under the influence can kill someone.

They're both a POS.

You think they care?

The fact they immediately bring up Henry Ruggs shows how insanely batshit they are.

If you don't understand the difference between murder and manslaughter, then you're an idiot.

Ruggs deserves everything he has coming to him for his poor decisions and lack of care for anyone other than himself. But it's no where near the same as someone who purposely kills someone.
