I want to see what he can do in the SEC and considering both Tennessee and a&m will probably have head coaching positions opening he'd be a good option to keep in mind.

Why leave Virginia tech? He can make the playoffs a lot easier in the ACC

He didn't vette-out or we would have offered.
Will A&M or UT let him bring his girlfriend with him. He left her in Memphis, guess he could get back closer to her in Knoxville.

I remember seeing a few USCe posters mentioning that he would've had that job were it not for some personal skeletons, but never saw anyone expound. What's the deal on him?
