I don’t claim to know the full history of MSU, but he’s better than Dixon’s best season and I thought he was MSU’s best of the modern era.

Doesn't matter. The kid is a good RB. Well below avg against
good defenses. Deal with it.

UAB? Mighty UAB?

The same UAB that lost to Coastal Carolina by 23 (aTm beat UAB by 21)?

The same UAB that struggled with (5-6) Tulane and had to go to overtime to beat (5-5) So. Miss.?

That UAB?

JJ Johnson went for 1,383 in 12 games in 99, better hope Williams doesn’t get matched up with legit defenses if you want him to pass up this little ole State RB.

Against the grind that is Conference USA?

Take a look at this murderers row:
Savannah St, Tulane, Charlotte 49ers, Utep, Rice, So. Miss and UTSA. Not 1 team with a winning record there.

Sorry to rain on your parade.

Trayveon vs ranked teams probably doesn’t stack up well against other running backs total stats. That’s a bad analysis. It should be trayveon vs ranked teams compared to other backs vs ranked teams. I doubt you did it that way.

Your analysis seems like:

If you take out all his good games, he’s not as good as other RBs.

That’s a pretty good summary of this thread actually. You cherry picked ranked games, and then you even cherry picked the ranked games where he did bad without mentioning the 4th game vs a ranked team.

Kentucky:
24 rushes 138 yds 1 TD

Classic corndog math.

It’s cool, he didn’t do any of that against State so I can deal with it.

Are ya'll "acting" stupid? I honestly can't tell.

Of course the analysis is all RB's in the SEC against ranked teams. Cmon guys.

That’s what I was asking about. I didn’t get an answer so I assumed incorrectly. My bad.

Where did you get those stats? That looks like a cool site.
