has an SEC program played a ranked mid-major in November like South Carolina will when App State comes to town, that is if App State is still ranked by then? That will be a fun game when it happens.

Fairly confident App will be rolling into town undefeated.

Because you guys don't start conference play until the 3rd or 4th week of the season every year. By then we've already played 2 or even 3 conference games. And by you guys I basically mean the West.

Ever? Yea, happens quite a bit.

LSU played Western Kentucky a few years again when they were ranked in October. Pretty sure Georgia Southern was on the verge of being ranked a few years ago against Georgia in November.

Alabama used to frequently play ranked Southern Miss teams in October.
