No proof? Auburn had a thread on their own board where most said they would be pulling for Alabama against Georgia in the 2017 NCG. While I may not agree with the entire premise of his thread, there is plenty of proof that Auburn fans will definitely pull for Alabama against Georgia.
I've not noticed the tendency with LSU.

EVERY Auburn fan I know is pulling for LSU...
We never pull for Bama unless they are playing UGA...
Also UGA would have won a NC in 1942 (OSU won the AP), but they lost to Auburn 27-13....
