HE COULDN'T THROW!!! THERE'S A REASON HE CAME IN TO RUN THE OPTION SO MUCH!!!

I love how people assumed RP was a runner with a decent arm. His arm was GREAT that pass to Byrd in the SECCG was beautiful. Split the safety and the corner and put it RIGHT on the money.
