believes it is unlikely that Alabama vs. LSU will be rescheduled. "As of right now I think the Alabama-LSU game is gone."

Which would only happen if we somehow lose to Kentucky or Arkansas. The chances of that happening are astronomical.

Don’t think they try and move the Kentucky game back for bama and fit LSU in 11/21?

Nope.
"If a team determines there is another reason it cannot play a game, the school may request the game be rescheduled by presenting the reasons for changing the game date, including the total number of unavailable players. Sankey would then decide whether to reschedule the game or, if this option is not possible, declare the game no contest."

I see the SEC moving a bunch of games that do not effect the SECCG to 12/19. In order to play those that do effect the SECCG. There are several options for 11/21 including yours. Another would be:
Move Bama-Arkansas to 11/21
Keep Bama - Auburn on 11/28
Move Bama-LSU to 12/5
Keep Florida-LSU on 12/12
