There are alot of reason State fans are hoping he is gone. I will throw a few things out and that don't got pushed under the rug.
You asked why as an employee folks hated him. One answer is the gag order he put on them after the Moorehead debacle.
Let's not forget the Dude went $20M overbudget under his watch and there was no accountability of where it went. Or him screwing lifetime baseball season ticket holders when the New Dude was built.
Or we can talk about how he killed the Humps atmosphere by giving the students the worst seats and giving corporate donors who never show up the best.
We can talk about him cutting cheerleaders from being able to go to competitions and him telling them they are for entertainment only.
There is plenty more but if you like liberals and wokeness he is your man.
