Holy shite balls, just no

Wichita State wins that league going away. The American is likely a 2 MAYBE a 3 bid league this season.

Probably looking at the Shockers and SMU coming out of that league.

you're right; they are the best team in that conference. They're a 3-bid conference.

The SEC returning to power can and will change a lot though.

Highly unlikely, but maybe.

Projections have Wichita State having a top 12 RPI at the end of the season and none of the others that finish in the top 5 having an RPI inside the top 60.

Houston is an a NIT, maybe a bubble NCAA team (barely). I agree, Shockers and Ponies from the conference.

Florida is so fricking hard to predict at this point. If all three bigs who are out come back and get with the team by March we could be scary good. A 5 seed seems low but with the strength of the SEC this year couple with our injuries it seems plausible. I just wouldn't want to be a high seed on a bracket with Florida at a 5.

We need to be in the 4-6 range. Don't think we can do any better than a 4 seed and avoiding the 7-9 seeds will be critical to going deep in the tourney.

Having Mike Anderson resign will be critical to going deep in the tournament

That’d be a big win for the SEC. my only criticism is you can bet your nuts that if Mizzou makes in they will be playing in the same city as kansas.
