Sounds like some of my family members buying worthless currency from Venezuela and thinking there’s going to a be a re-value when 1,000,000 Venezuelan Bolivar (worth less than $2 USD) will be paired with the American dollar and become 1-1 and worth $1 million USD.
Before you ask, it is real thing and scary people fall for it regardless of it’s obviously fake nature.
That’s about how I believe “plans” like this. Only the gullible will believe it.
