Is it that difficult to discern that when people refer to all-american, award or Heisman lists, they're talking about individual accolades?

Zitat:

Didn't ESPN or someone rank Coker as the 4th best QB in the conference?

Brett McMurphy (ESPN) picked Coker to win the Heisman, again, just a day or two ago.

they're frequently given accolades by the media that reality does support in the long run.

I don't know where Pettifogger is going with this?

I mean we all know the media is completely clueless and regurgitates garbage about tons of players, coaches, programs especially in the off-season.

We also know that the elite programs recruit talented players, and are coached by some of the best men in the buisness.

Hell, over the last 5 yrs the SEC has been pretty much ruled by Alabama and Auburn. So IMO, any accolades players on those teams get is damn well deserved.

I guess you're trolling because I really don't understand it.

Someone just posted that an ESPN writer predicted Coker, a guy who hasn't played and is not Fournette-like or otherwise exceptionally impressive, to win the Heisman.

The point is that is weird. Do you not find it odd that a backup QB would be picked by writers for major publications to win the Heisman?
