There is no doubt Jimbo is the 2nd best coach in the SEC.
Remember when LSU got rid of Miles and all LSU fans were drooling at the idea of getting Jimbo but he said no thanks. Lmao.

Op no place for truth in this forum. But Jimbo will be the reason O is fired soon. They are resigned to losing to Saban but when Jimbo runs train on them they won't be able to take it.

This didn't happen. LSU was going to hire Fisher after firing Miles at the end of 2015 but they ended up keeping Miles and leaving Fisher hanging so Fisher wasn't interested in 2016 when they finally fired Miles.
Tom Herman was actually the prime target at that point.

It's comical watching people try to speak the rivalry into existence. Maybe in 20 years or so. But, it's just not there yet.

LSU is fighting for its life to hang on to #2 in the west, and right now they’re losing. The Aggies have claimed that spot. That’s why LSU fans are so insecure about Texas A&M

Why would I be insecure about A&M? Orgeon had a natty, Jimbo doesn't. And Orgeron has better recruiting classes.

No it doesn’t. CFB is a continuum . Building a program requires momentum and/or consistency. When your program is sinking and losing ground, that’s not a good place to be. Even Alabama has been on the brink of losing their spot a couple of times, and Saban expertly made the necessary adjustments each time to keep it humming along. Now, if you just want a flash in the pan every once in a while, then it doesn’t matter, but if you want to win consistently, you need a great coach.
