You don’t tak a pi$$ behind Wal-mart without me finding out!
What pissed me off is that RHS has sent 4 young men to AU on Scholarships, NOTHING I mean NOTHING was ever done that violated the NCAA rules. I never even spoke to those kids. Stayed away from them, well except for one he was dating one of my daughters at the time.
What we find out is that BC close friends whom come from AU families told me how happy he was to switch to AU. All I know is he told a lot of people this.
I also told and warned many on here to not count him until he signed. That the pressure would come hard and fast.
This is not about Brent, he has come along ways from where he came from. I don’t know him, I can only speak from what others have said about him.
This is about a bunch of bama alumni/boosters and friends who wanted him to attend UAT. They went out of their way to make him sign with uat. I may get ran out of town by the time this is over with but if I do, then I will take a few with me on that trip.

Well a person has a right to change his mind.
I spent time with Darren on the phone and my house. I was told what took place.
The car was a joke, a real bad joke.
He knows that.
I wish I had a way to talk one on one with each of you. I think if I could explain this you all would have a better understanding.

Sounds like someone was thrown under the bus and doesnt want any part of some of that "legal action" that could take place. Good question would be.."Why is little jeffery the only one on this story"???? Of course the usual barner answer would be the REC is stopping the story along with the help of the state media like they did with the Gadsden stuff. And they wonder why people disregard their allegations.....

I'll humor you a little bit. The ABSOLUTE WORST " punishment" this would result in IF it's true and the guy is somehow considered a booster is BC will be ineligible for a yet to be determined # of games until restitution is made. Alabama will suspend him and hold him out unlike a certain other school. In other words, time to get a towel and clean yourself off.

But the info about the cars is interesting... I believe he was saying that DW did loan a car as a JOKE.

That would be true if the University of Alabama weren't "serial repeat offenders" and are still currently on a 17 year probation streak. They are still under the repeat offender window.

Coming from a fan of a school that is listed as #2 on the list of all time NCAA cheaters I wouldnt be pointing fingers at anyone but rest assure you are headed to #1.

Getting a ride in a car and a hotel paid for are secondary violations anyway. However, if Alabama should have known about this and say we played BC next year without reporting the violations then we'd be screwed. The only caveat here is if proof of payments to Peaches or BC along the lines of J Lee's other accusations were true. You then have a case of someone making illegal payments. Even that is a long stretch to be considered a violation if the guy making the payment has a prior relationship. If the guy has known Peaches for years then you're looking at the same situation as the T Martin situation which wasn't an infraction.
The repeat violator situation is only a big deal when major violations occur. The likelihood of secondary violations are quite possible in this situation (improper transportation and hotel room...IF TRUE). The other accusation being true would have been worse. There is still the question of a family friend (prior relationship) too.
