That dude is jumping all over the place. He left Georgia Tech for Michigan State in 2025.

I mean his basketball hire was bad, but his football one was excellent. Probably depends on his fund raising for us. That's for y'all.

My understanding is he’s viewed as an elite fundraiser but not necessarily an all around AD.
Reading the Michigan State boards they seem upset he left but seem to think he neglected all the non money sports.
They also acknowledge that apparently their BOT is a dumpster fire which led to his leaving so they don’t blame him for leaving.
If UK pairs him with a solid #2 guy to run the behind the scenes stuff and handle the details he’s probably a really good hire.

Yep, appears that his fundraising is A+. His hires are kinda meh. At least we have committees to handle that.

They were saying he was so unconcerned with the non prestige sports he wouldn’t fire dumpster fire coaches because he didn’t want to spend the time hiring new coaches for sports that he didn’t think mattered so I’d keep an eye on that but I bet he does well with NIL and corporate sponsorships.

This is what everyone will do. Football, men's and women's basketball, volleyball and maybe baseball will get some scraps going forward. Have to focus on the ones that draw eyes.
