Maisel noted on Finebaum that Saban is the same age as Bear Bryant when A1abama's program started their decline and noted the last two teams equal to A1abama's talent, Clemson and LSU, have beaten Saban's teams somewhat convincingly. Maisel noted that Saban appeared down in Tuscaloosa, clearly low energy despite having a two-week layoff.

Great recruiting line, Coach O's telling top recruits Saban is low energy. Roll Tide What? FU!

Maybe Bama just lost to a very good team. Their dynasty was also over after the 2013 Auburn game.

It's funny how they repeat the same shite. It actually minimizes their own team's accomplishments.

Maybe Dabo and Orgeron are just better coaches now than Saban.

We shall see. I mean it's possible Saban is near his end at some point all coaches are. I doubt he leaves without a title his going out year though. Maybe his next title is his last but can't see him going out without being on top

Yep. And Ivan Maisel isn't the first to take note of this either. Other prominent guys are saying the same:

Dan Wolken - USA Today - Alabama Dynasty Over

^^Back in 2015 after loss to Ole Miss^^

Barrett Sallee - Bleacher Report - The Night the Alabama Football Dynasty Died

^^Back in 2013 after loss to Auburn^^

Nah, more likely whiteboots is in the same company as sumlin, freeze, chizik and malzahn. They're inferior coaches that managed to rise up and beat saban too. In fact, you know this is true.

It's been fun if true.

On the other hand: We've seen this before

Alabama's dynasty has ended in...
2010
2013
2014
2016
2018
2019

I'm not sure how it's a dynasty when people keep saying it ends every 2-3 years. Apparently it's really made up of several micro-dynasties.

Saban would not even look up at the recruits in the stands as he walked out, maybe it was because he felt embarrassed seeing LSU players talking to Bama's top recruits.

In the past 4 seasons, Saban made the National Championship game each year and won 2 of them.

It's stupid to say it has ended.
