What's the deal with Gusano's? If they EVER opened a sit down King's Pizza original cuts and recipe, it would be money

Also, don't underestimate the first day of modern gun, we all know how us NWA-ers like to get out to Ponca on the weekends and kill animals.

Its a pit, IMO, and my standards are pretty low.
Nothing personal, I just see an opportunity for an entrepreneur to tap a market in north central Fayetteville.
Check out World Gym and Powerhouse Fitness. Three years ago, neither existed. Now they are both within 1/4 mile of each other. Packed at rush hour. UAMS, Ozark Natty, the whole area is a goldmine, but would likely take an investor willing to build a new building or expand an existing one to accommodate a true, good watering hole.

Rather funny that the first Cabela's is going in Rogers and not anywhere else in the state. That still will sell a massive amount of guns, hunting and fishing supplies.

It is a spin. I am talking the original that used to deliver out of that space by Scull Creek apartments. Take that recipe and cut find a central location it is a cash cow.

Downtown is pizza-heavy, Damgoode, Tim's, US Pizza. So is westside.
Another thing that would work well somewhere midtown. Pizza Slut is the only option. That or Pesto.
