You said auburn dominated 4 q's in game 1, but Uga had a lead after q1. You were wrong.

No, didn't happen. Wrong again. We shut kerryon down on that 2nd drive. He had nowhere to go because your blocking sucked.

Didn't AU fumble twice on your side of the field and have a field goal blocked. Maybe we should play that whinny bitch/justified game..

Can't play that game because We forced the fumble and then blocked the kick. That's different from unforced errors.

By fumbled are you referring to the strip sack where your OL got whipped?

The game is already played. Why game out hypothetical situations anyway?

I love the DSOR --- but it is over for the year.

Although I would like to see it played earlier in the year. I think it might benefit both teams, tbh.

I'm still surprised that y'all allowed the UGA and Bama games to be on the same home/away rotation

It's a big disadvantage for y'all every other year and hurts season tickets

There it is again! We earn your mistakes.. you guys make me laugh. Could it have been a low kick? Looks like it to me. KJ's fumble had nothing to do with his injuries.. maybe we earned those personal foul penalties in the first game because you guys were frustrated with getting your teeth knocked in.

Come on. There are 2 kinds of mistakes:

1. Forced
2. Unforced

The 15 yard penalty on the punt in game 1 was unforced. The dropped punt was unforced.

The fumble sack in game 2 was forced. Blocking a kick with some penetration is forced.

Y’all had a lot of dumb penalties between the two games. A pretty good indicator of the type of coaching in Athens.

Edit: Georgia’s penalties: 7- 75 in game 1; 7-91 game two. Auburn never had more than 39 yards in penalties both games.

We were idiots in game 1, but 2 of the worst calls in game 2 were incorrect 15 yard calls on uga.

There are also two kinds of losses.

1. The other team wins
2. You are uga and you beat yourself

Had a uga guy in the mall the other day come up to me and yell I need to get a new hat. Then he said the first game was about emotion but the second was about coaching. It's just getting old. It's amazing what Uga fans have accomplished. They have more other sec teams rooting against them against a non sec team than I've ever witnessed.

I don't care about your mall friends. Stick to what I posted ITT. Both games were affected by huge turnovers. One was unforced, the other wasn't. Momentum shifted both times.

Please. The refs kept Auburn in that game. If not for those Auburn fans posing as SEC refs, UGA would have blown the doors off of Auburn sooner than they did. UGA had to beat the refs and Auburn.

Auburn lost when their field goal attempt was blocked. At that point, the reality of defeat was visible on Gus' face.

Just like your buddy in this thread the data doesn't suggest what you are both saying you felt happened.

Watching a basketball game on ESPN yesterday an unbiased announcer promoting the Playoff said uga benefitted from not seeing a healthy KJ...then quickly caught himself an started pumping out the company line about Heisman trophy winner vs SEC champ. It was pretty funny.

What data doesn't support what? The refs taking 4 points off the board happened.

I haven't been discussing that point.

The data supports that when KJ was healthy and able to play at 100% or even close our OL moved the ball on your D, basically at will. When KJ went down so did Auburn's chances of winning the SEC. Keep up. This thread moves quickly.

Your "data" has been wrong before, so we can't take your word for it.

Lets review the traditional 1st game AU drives in order:

8 plays for 41 yards FG
12 plays for 41 yards FG
8 plays for 78 yards FG

3 plays for -8 yard PUNT
3 plays for 1 yard PUNT (15 yard penalty gave AU ball back and AU scored a TD quickly)
3 plays for 4 yards PUNT
4 plays for 22 yards PUNT (fumble return gave AU ball back and AU scored a TD quickly)

AU O and KJ production went way down after those 1st 3 drives (until we gave AU the ball back after punts). We didnt make those same stupid mistakes in game 2. This "data" doesn't support the narrative you are spreading.
