Im honestly excited to watch this play out. Do you remember the better get your popcorn game against alabama and he went for it on 4th down like 10 times and converted 2 of them? I imagine lsu would handle that very well.

Ole Miss used the threat of not letting Lane coach his team in the post season as leverage to get him to sign an extension with Ole Miss. Lane then in turn used the fact that some assistant coaches wanted to leave with him to LSU as leverage to get Ole Miss to allow him to coach the post season.
Both sides used the leverage they had to try and get the best outcome for themselves. That’s business
