Have you considered that maybe we're on here perusing the rant because it's hilariously entertaining to see what the LSU fans have to say about the latest coaching developments? Ya'll haven't even hired anybody yet, and it's gone bonkers.

This thread is nothing more than other SEC fans circle jerking with fear. I have enjoyed the tantrums immensely today guys. Lots of fear projection in here. You know what's coming down the pike for the rest of the conference now. I'd be pretty worried too. We are the future. Lord Saban is old and won't be there much longer. The rest of the coaches in the West and the East will be scrubs compared to who LSU is about to bring in. The perfect storm you have been fearing is heading this way. Start preparing yourselves.

What is funny is what LSU fans think of their program. They fancy it as a USC, michigan, Bama, Ohio state. U sewed under a lucky star and got Saban who did the unthinkable and that momentum carried a few years after he left. That's over now. It ran out.
What miles had done the last 5 years is exactly what LSU has been as a program over its history. We know LSU isn't gonna be a consistent top 5 team, even Saban knew he couldn't pull that shite off at LSU and got out.

I mean of course that is a factor. The Les era made me comfortably numb and jaded as frick. But the SEC rant, and the Tiger Rant, are a manifestation of how horrible big-time/SEC college football has become over last 15 years.
