Gotta count Tyson and Stephen's.. Billions as well Little Rock or not they've all donated massive amounts to the Hogs.
Jeff Long will have himself setup for life if he makes a great hire and delegates the $90M revenue properly without even asking for private donations yet...

It can be done. The Waltons are investing heavily in NWA the past five years. U of A has really stepped up in every way lately.

Replying to OP
WTF issat guy smoking. I have no love for arky. But even without petrino they would be2'nd best in that crap-hole conference

IDK which is the better team or who would win between those teams but it would be a great game. In the SEC LSU, Bama, Georgia, Florida, and Auburn are all perceived to be better than Arkansas. In the Big 12 the big dogs have always been UT and OU but Arkansas could come in and be number 3. We don't know how WVU will rank in the conference yet but I am guessing 3rd or 4th with a really good shot at becoming the conference champion this season.

Arky to the Big 12 makes perfect sense. Texas needs a new little brother now that we have adopted aTm.

That is going across the street from Kimpel. The short end will hook onto Brough, which is going to be demolished and replaced soon, and the tall end will be next to Humphreys Hall. Breaks ground this summer IIRC.

Big 12 is in a much better money position for TV negotiations than SEC right now so they may plow ahead irregardless. Our tier one contract ends in a year and we merely have a tentative agreement in hand that can be accepted or refused to allow NBC the ND right's holder to sit down at the table and offer more than ESPN.

Football? Yes better than both.
Basketball? On about the same level.
Baseball? Better than both

They were hoping Baylor would do that. But the Waco care bears have gotten uppity the last few years.

Go ahead and laugh but sources tell me that in the very near future Iowa City, Manhattan, Lubbock and Waco will be getting electricity. When they do, they will virtually own the Iowa, Kansas and West Texas market. That could increase viewership by at least 73 homes.

Uppity is an understatement for Baylor

TX had a couple of good years... c'mon man. Texas talks big and walks small. OU is consistantly the best football team in that conf. OU, Arky, then field.

Texas is down now but they will be back. Way to good of recruiting to be down forever, they just need a coaching change imo to get back to being respectable.
