Remember when you said A&M would win by double digits? Also, you started nine threads about our schedule this year. You think about us way too much

I don’t know what y’all would do without us. Pathetic.
IDK, not ever crossing the goal line on offense when you finally play “horn” at your own Kyle Field home, following 12 years of SEC bravado, sounds a little “pathetic” to me…

Maybe he’s good. Maybe he’s average.
The hype will be insane.
Could not beat out Ewers is telling.
Replacing pretty much the entire offense is not a great thing to be walking into.

People overlook how significant Arch's advantage over almost every other prospect has been. He has had top level QB coaching since birth.
Arch has commented multiple times that he talks with and gets input from Peyton and Eli all the time, Grandpa to sometimes. Arch does have some wheels on him and can scoot downfield. Something Texas never had with Ewers. As big as he is, injury (Hopefully) is less of a thing than Ewers.
BTW, Texas has a stud QB right behind him, Trey Owens from Houston, RS last year. 6'-5" 225 lbs.

This thread has nothing to do with A&M but true to form, the minute someone starts criticizing or making fun of Texas the sips shite their pants and start deflecting to Aggies.
I don’t know what y’all would do without us.
This is so true. old school tex is one of the more obsessed. He/him/she/her posted on this thread 9 times and 5 of those posts were about A&M when this thread has absolutely nothing to do with A&M.
Some of y'all are so obsessed that you just can't help yourselves.
I don't know what to think of Arch. He is probably better than average but has not had the chance to truly prove himself against the SEC. He looked scared against the dawgs. Way too much unproven hype follows him around. Ewers received the same type of hype storm when he came on board with UTrans and never lived up to all the hype.
For some of you UTrans posters who believe all the hype about Arch, you had better hope he lives up to it or you will want to leave this board or just get a new alter like most of you do.

quote:He has grown up looking at game film with NFL QB coaches, has a quick release, and is in a QB friendly system with a stable full of fast and talented receivers. Knock on wood, but he will also have a big-back power running game behind him this year, with 100% of the playbook at his disposal.

People overlook how significant Arch's advantage over almost every other prospect has been. He has had top level QB coaching since birth. He's actually a very good athlete, not surprising given his father and grandfather.
He's in a good system surrounded by an expensive roster of top talent. I don't see a scenario in which he isn't at least "good."
Hard to see a case where he doesn't play well.
