The entire conference is down tbh. I’m not sure any team is better than any of the top 3 B1G or Texas Tech

I checked out your link.
You don't get to claim ND as art of the ACC. They do not qualify for, nor can they participate in the ACCCG. Just because they schedule 3-4 ACC teams a season as OOC games it does not make them a part of the ACC.
And just because you can match a team up with another team, it does not mean they are equal.
Do you really think the ACC matches up well with the SEC?
