The only Missouri games that feel semi natural are Arkansas and Kentucky. Everything else feels forced.

Missouri has been in the East for 5 years now and it still feels like a non conference game when I watch them play VOLS

Wrong. Alabama is the only school in favor of 9 games to help the problem with continuing long standing rivalries and to play more SEC teams. The rest of the league are bitches
If memory serves me, UGA/UF/USC/KU were AGAINST it until everybody else had a perm OOC game. Don't know if the now mandatory P5 game satisfies that holdup?

Columbia, Missouri is a 15 hour drive from Gainesville, Florida. For reference, Chicago is only an hour longer at 16 hours from Gville.

LSU will be VERY happy to get their athletic bigger brother out of the house! Then they get to pester younger brother Auburn.
Also, if Alabama becomes perm. rivals with Auburn, you've just ended Deep South's Oldest Rivalry (UGA/Auburn). AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN (& sure as hell WON'T be an OOC game either).

Lets do it. Auburn can play Bama every year as they are instate rivals and Tennessee will play its natural rival in Missouri. It makes perfect sense.
