Well, then why does it bother you, or any other Georgia fan, what fans of another school says? Don't tell me it doesn't, your actions, such as a point by point response, prove otherwise.

BTW, one of those things aren't like the other one... Kirby suspended one and he was recently indicted. That isn't injury, that's personal decisions. That was also right after the Florida game. Which is time for the replacement to gel in his new responsibilities. Large difference compared to in-game.

But it's still a moot point. What isn't moot in the discussion, is Georgia has some whiny assed fans. More than I've seen in a while. Much more than Alabama. And I'm a Boomer. I'm automatically right.

Why a player isn’t available is irrelevant to the point. Bama was fortunate he was out. That’s all that matters.

That’s ancient history, but Florida had a chance to prove it was a fluke, and they failed to do so in epic fashion.

Ahhh... so Georgia would be just as fortunate regarding injuries to the Alabama running backs last season, and that Metchie was out, and... and... and... I mean we can do this all day.

Also relevant would be the timing of the players absence. I mean, after Florida vs in-game... pretty big differences...

Nope, I'm still right. Georgia has a LOT of whiny assed fans. You can't enjoy the championship because, well, I don't know why. As an Alabama fan, I just gave out double birds and deal with its. Roll Tide!!

That is 100 percent correct.

One thing I would say is that neither of the Alabama vs Georgia games last season was a fluke. The winner of both games were absolutely the best team that day, absolutely the two best programs last season. Well done dogs!!

By the way, UGA fans this year sound like Auburn fans after their 2010 season

I dont know what this means because I wasnt here but UGA fans on this site have been pretty humble considering all the 1980 jokes, and that fact they won the FB National Title.

Lets put it this way, UT baseball fans have been far more obnoxious than UGA football fans

on the flip side, every year that Bama doesnt win the FB National title, they don't shut up on here about "injuries" or "draft picks" or this was our weakest team...blah blah blah. yall just straight up lost.

You mentioned the WHY, not me. Do you agree WHY is irrelevant?

It’s very enjoyable. Beating bama only made it better as this site is filled with your crimson tears.

The record breaking nfl draft was like a celebration lap surrounded by the tears of Bama fans crying about injuries.

Enjoy it while it lasts.

Well....you won the SEC yet you think beating another SEC team was a fluke. Am I missing something?

And your responses? Does that prove you are bothered by us winning the title this past season? How about your excuses? I would say......yes. Yes it does prove you and other Albama fans are bothered greatly by it.

So we were not missing him? Wow. So, the only reason a team would miss a player is because they were injured? If they miss because of sickness...does that count? Alabama fans are amusing. He was a projected first round player and we were missing him. He hasn't been convicted of anything and at the time he had not been indicted for anything. But go ahead Stretch. Any ole excuse will do.

Excuses? Find an excuse I’ve made regarding that game. I said it that night and I’ve said it several times since, Georgia won and won well. Does it bother me? Sure it does. As a fan I want my favorite team to win. That’s normal isn’t it?

I suppose yes, absence from the line up is absent regardless of the reason. But knowing what you know now, I’d have had to pick a water boy to miss more than him, future first rounder or not. You know, indictments don’t normally come without reason. If that’s true, I couldn’t give a shite less if a team missed him, he belongs in prison.

Yeah, Mike DuBose as a head coach. Ray Goff, who is a decent man, was a football genius comparatively.

Where did I say you made an excuse? I said it bothers you....and it obviously does. And many Alabama fans have done exactly that....made excuses. (Since you brought it up)

Amazing. If Williams had missed the game for any reason at all besides an injury it would have had an affect on the game. Alabama fans want to act like missing Anderson had no affect on the game.

If Williamson had played the entire game it would have made an affect on the game. Anderson missed the game and it had an affect on the game. Nobody hopes any player misses a game for any reason. But they do.

And ftr? Indictments happen all the time when people are innocent. Duke Lacross team ring a bell? Every person ever found innocent of a crime was indicted at one time or other. If he is guilty then he should pay the price. If he is innocent it cost him millions of dollars. I think maybe we should wait for the trial before declaring anybody innocent of guilty.

On the other hand, Ed Orgeron won a National Championship. Do you consider all of his wins flukes? Alabama obviously had the better team. Better record overall. Head to head advantage. The big margin of victory against Florida could be chalked up to being a fluke since the game was so much closer in the second game. But the wins seem pretty solid overall.

Absolutely, I said it bothered me. I wanted Alabama to win. That’s what fans do. Excuses? None here. Others? Again, absolutely. Sometimes that’s another thing fans do.

BTW, I never said he was guilty. I said he exercised some really bad judgment and if he were guilty… Kirby isn’t going to suspend and keep a player of his caliber off the team without something pretty egregious. A lot of times though, people make claims against sports stars because ONE DAY, that mfer will be rich… dumbasses. Ruin persons lives and future.

DuBose? No. He couldn’t coach his way out of a paper bag. Mike Shula was a decent man and ambassador for the university, just in over his head. DuBose wasn’t even a decent ambassador. The story is he’s changed his life for the better. I hope so.
ETA: the first game was the close one… OT in the swamp. Believe it or not our kicker made his second attempt at the game winning PAT.
