Half of those have been Alabama during their historic run. Alabama never faced the #1 scoring offense during that run. The last two times it's happened (2015 & 2016) Alabama faced the #11 & #12 scoring offenses in the conference.
There are a lot of meaningless stats for UGA fans to hang their hats on, this is probably the worst of them all. Yet here we are in what must be the 100th iteration of this topic.
