I don't think it exists. The best highlight I've seen for Simpson was some Manziel type shite on a bomb. I have a hard time believing he's lighting it up in practice. I think Milroe is probably the best QB we have.
Hard to say because we don't see practice and then only garbage time, which means the kind of competition that couldn't stop Milroe to start with.
I'd run Milroe on the first play. If he folds to the ground, I'd pull him immediately and put in Simpson. If he makes a good gain, ride him until his knee's go weak.
