YouTube was the place to go, but I hear they've been cracking down.

ESPN app has full replays on demand.

I watched replays of sec baseball games on their website during the season. Maybe they do the same for football games

Well within 2 days or so you can just watch them on the ESPN app. Now, idk.

Yes. Went to ESPN App on phone, went to college football, then scrolled down, then across. It says ESPN +, which I don't pay for, but still loaded the game.
