Same here I love seeing the SEC dominate baseball, it is great! We should have won in the 80's with Palmeiro and Will Clark

Maybe the Ags will see the Gamecocks in the SEC Tourney. No regular season matchup this year.

ETA: My bad. Yes, the Ags will play in Colombia March 28-30.

I was looking at the softball schedule. A&M doesnt play USC this year in softball.

Look at the schedule again. It clearly states March 28-30. In fact, the opener of that series is on ESPNU...so the whole country can see how not to play offense, courtesy of our "hitting" coach.

Yup, you're right.

We miss Florida, Kentucky and Vanderbilt this year in baseball.

And I was surprised y'all had such a big lead over the best baseball program in the SEC.

I think MSU was the first SEC team to profit from baseball, and that was prior to Bertman coming to BR IIRC.
Ron Polk has as much to do with putting SEC baseball on the map as Bertman IMO.

Hell, I want UK this year. Payback for them taking the series last year. We get them in the box this year.

I've always wondered if there's one for basketball.

38-29-1 vs Arkansas

Interesting, our 2013 Media Guide shows 35-29-1 for A&M not 38.

Bama owns us 41-29 all time, we've won 4 in a row vs them at least.

Auburn owns us 39-32.

We lead UGA 26-20.

We own Kentucky 33-22.

LSU owns us 54-26.

MSU leads us 45-37.

We lead Ole Miss 38-32.

We lead SC 32-28.

We lead Tenn 28-24.

We lead Florida 26-24.

We lead Mizzou 23-12.

We lead Vandy 27-22.

Our baseball history is very good just we haven't won a national title.

Basically our basketball program is Lebron James before last year.

The discrepancy appears to come from 4 games played before WW2 - 2 in 1908 and 2 in 1926. A&M went 3-0-1 in those games according to the 2011 A&M Record Book, page 56.

The Arkansas list of the series has the earliest game played in 1974.
