Chase is a beast, but there are a lot of great WRs that are pretty damn close. Jeudy is one of the best with the ball in his hands. His quickness is elite. Chase is one of the better at tracking the ball and catch radius and has the speed to take it to the house. Lamb seems to always be open at OU and just eats up chunks of yards.
They are the top 3 I've seen and all have a special skill set.

He’s down right unstoppable, but if you’re looking at numbers go look at CeeDee lambs numbers
At Oklahoma, it's only a Jalen and CeeDee love affair. The rest of the team are just spectators.

Chase has the most dropped balls out of all of the receivers on bama or lsu roster. Just saying. His hands may be strong but he also drops a lot. Also chase has played much longerin games and has had more opportunities.
I call bullshite. Post a link.
I honestly can't even think of a site that keeps track of drops as a statistical category for CFB. You can't post a link because you made this up. Posted it twice, even. That's ballsy.

Let's also bear in mind that Chase missed a game. He's only played 9 games, whereas Smith and Jeudy have both played 10. Despite this fact, Chase has better stats than either of them.

LOL. NFL scoust say otherwise. They think these guys can run the whole route tree. There is a reason why Mcshay and Kiper both have all 3 going round 1

Yeah, I just searched for a site that tracks it and the closest I found was a Reddit thread asking help in finding an NCAAF drop site. I'm pretty sure Jeudy had more drops against LSU than Chase has had in his career. That's coming entirely from my own biased memory, but at least I'm honest about it.

Per SECStatCast Jeudy has 3 drops, 3.26% drop rate and Chase has 7 drops, 9.21% drop rate
Two great receivers, for sure. Jefferson has only 1 drop and a 1.35% drop rate - best in the SEC for players > 25 targets. Great player.

Can we get a link to the data? Jeudy had more than 3 against LSU.

Just because Gary danielson tells you jeudy is the best route runner in college doesn’t make it true

I also remember when half this board thought i was insane and an idiot for saying D Smith was a first rounder.. then he goes for 200+ yards aginst LSU and now has been a first rounder all along lol

Jeudy had 2 vs LSU. I know Chase had one as well

I believe he had two. I don't think the first one on the long throw that was catchable but not a sure thing is counted as a drop though.

Chase had LSU's only drop (per these guys, at least). Great day by those receivers.

Jeudy is the best pure WR in the country again this year. He will be the first receiver taken.
Jeudy will be taken in the draft before Chase... since Chase is not draft eligible this season.

I'm not seeing a category for drops on the page you linked.
Cool site, though. Just no numbers for drops. Please explain or link to the correct page.

Scroll to the right. They don't make it very clear that there are more stats, for some reason.

Chase hasn't had a problem with drops at all. Wtf?
Posted on 11/18/19 at 10:50 am to Cd104444
They are both great receivers, and will both be great pros if they go to a system that uses their strengths. Jeudy has shown out 2 years in a row, but Chase is having the better year this year. Bama fans need to at least admit that to themselves. Are all 3 bama receivers expected to go pro?
