Like I said in my thread, the 4th string back was a 1st team All-SEC 1,000 yard rusher in Michael Smith.
There will never be another 4 deep like it. Never. There will never be another 3 deep like it. Never.
There might be a better duo someday but as it stands right now no duo gained more APY than McFadden/Jones in the history of football. They did it in 3 years. Williams/Brown didn't come close to that in 4 years.

Cam Newton was a better threat than McFadden and Jones combined in college. He's not a running back, but I'd rather play both of those guys than have to deal with Newton again.

Just off top of the head didn't Va Tech have a pretty good duo about that time? Kevin Smith and ???
Not as good as the Arky trio.
A&M has the two best RBs in the Big XII this year. Of course it's the Big XII so it's not THAT impressive

I wouldn't put blame on Nutt for that 2006 SECCG though. The Hogs had that game won if it weren't for Fish. That was very disappointing. I remember wanting Florida to lose that game so bad.
