Auburn: Tradition-rich team which also has easy access to talent; has proven they can win it all
The talent in Alabama is good not great. National recruits predominantly go to Bama and rarely, sometimes elsewhere.
The only time this didn’t happen was in the late 80’s and while Bama was on probation.
So Bama cherry picks in state recruits and the rest are out of state. Most of Auburn’s top talent comes from in state.
Georgia has a lot talent but the top tier goes to UGA.

I'd love for GT to be consistently better but the average student doesn't care about sports and they don't have the typical majors to hide athletes in.

GT doesn't have much alumni interest in football these days. Or any sports really.
Based on location, GT should be great at football and basketball. Atlanta has tons of talent in both sports.
10% of GT's student body is international, double that of UGA. And GT's curriculum leans toward hard sciences and engineering which (if we're honest) have a lot of "big bang theory" type students... not the college football crowd.
GT can be a solid sports school. But they aren't a sleeping giant.

Face it, uga is the third best school in Georgia, behind GT and Emory by a LONG shot.
Emroids like to say that.
But the reality is GA is pretty straight forward.
For undergrad, if you want to go engineering or hard sciences, you go to GT.
Everything else you go to UGA.
For graduate school if you want to go engineering or hard sciences you go to GT.
If you want Medicine you go Emory.
Everything else you go to UGA (though UGA is getting a medical school in the near future so Emory might be out of luck).
GT is where you go if you want to be an engineer, scientist or astronaut.
Emory is where you go if you want to be a doctor.
For everything else, UGA is the best in the state.

Wrong ! very wrong. Campbell was the one that put it all together via the Matador club. Tech has multiple billionaires involved. Typical aggy dork that doesn't do his homework.
Yes Aggy also has big time resources but just has never been able to deploy them efficiently or effectively given they always shoot themselves in the face. That INT against Miami with time running out was just one of many examples. Wow that was comical and par for the course.
