State beat AU 28-10, LSU only beat AU 12-10. We are clearly the #2 team in the country.

Apples and oranges. You beat Auburn in Starkville. LSU did in Auburn.
We however, beat SMU at SMU by a far worse margin than TCU did at SMU.

You're missing the point I'm making through my sarcasm, W's are W's, especially when the game is in control. It is impossible to judge the better team based on what happens after the tipping point.

You got a couple more weeks, and all that cockiness is going to be knocked right out of A&M when you finally start playing the big boys of the SEC. This ain't the Big 12 kid (which you couldn't win either)....the is a much better conference. You have a perfect schedule to start the year......builds unrealistic optimism and will eventually get spirits crushed. Gonna be even more painful than if you started right out playing teams like missouri has had to do.

Good god you have some idiots in your fanbase. You guys may be worse than the arkansas fanbase before the second week of the season. I got my undergrad and grad degree from LSU.....I don't know wtf you are talking about. good god.

They also faced Brandon Allen, not Tyler Wilson. We took out starters early in the 4Q.

why.....LSU is still favored in every game this year. they played a bad game or two....clearly lack of intensity and focus.....that happens when you play lesser teams......look around college football this past saturday. There is a reason that Vegas still has lsu by 3 points this Saturday, despite the recent performance. BTW, Auburn will win the next 5 games in a row, and be 6-3, and that loss won't look that bad.

Auburn played inspired football in their own stadium and still got dominated by 2-1 in almost every category....lsu kept them in the game by critical turnovers on each end of the field, and by 80 yards of penalties. You go on the road and have those type of turnovers and penalties, against a decent SEC team, and you will find out what we are talking about.
and who gives a frick about TCU...they aren't any good, have you not watched them play? You guys sound so bush league...wanting so desperately to be ranked...and you will be when LSU comes a callin...thanks to your cupcake early season schedule......that's when it will all go down hill for you guys though, for the rest of the year.

Is anyone here saying we are going to go 10-2? Hell no, but you look like an idiot to think its impossible that we could be 8-4 and with a few good bounces 9-3.
I just don't get why you think its impossible for us to beat MSU or Auburn. MSU has played a much worse schedule than we have and has looked a hell of a lot less impressive than we have, and Auburn is just honestly not very good. I'm still trying to figure out how y'all struggled with them.
