Let me sum up the difference in Ole Miss and LSU right now... Ole Miss redshirted Breeland Speaks, Victor Evans and Gerald McDowell.. At least 2 if not all 3 of them would be in the rotation at LSU this season.. Speaks probably starts.. At least that's what Miles was telling him back in January.

you ole miss fans are adorable. This is rich.

Let me sum up the difference between the 2 programs. At LSU, if you are an incredible talent, you will play. We have 4 guys that don't see the feild at all at DT that were all more highly recruited than any of those guys you just mentioned. Those were all guys that we kinda wanted, but didn't put in the effort to get because we knew they wouldnt pan out. If we want someone, we will go after them hard. Basically Miles realized that we would be extremely thin at DT this year, but was just like "oh well, none of those guys would play anyway".

Actually no they weren't. We would've redshirted your starting DT so he made the right decision going to LSU.

Are you saying Miles didn't put in the effort to get Breeland Speaks ?!? He was the top DT on your board after GW3 committed to Florida.

2 Questions:

Ole Miss has a better defense than LSU this season.. Yes or no ?

Ole Miss will have a better defense than LSU next season.. Yes or no ?

Breeland Speaks didn't get an offer till January. So saying that he was our highest rated last resort isn't some compliment...

Yes. Your 2 safeties are incredible and your Dline is very good.

Very hard to say because I don't know what defensive players on your team are seniors, and I don't know which players on either team will go to the draft. If Kwon Alexander and Danielle Hunter stay then we will be losing only 2 starters on defense, neither of which are in our top 6 or 7 best defensive players.

He only has one less interception than your entire secondary so you should wise up

No one answered me earlier and it was a serious question. What position does he play?

Senquez was the player that Trent Richardson juked out real bad a few years ago? Didn't realize that. He must have been a Fr. & now he's a Sr. because that seems like a while back. What does the 0 - 16 response mean?

Like I said I've watched next to zero of your games, random 10 second flips during LSU commercial breaks.

Does he shadow the other teams #1? He a press guy? Who has he shut down? Genuinely unaware.

Yep. And you don't think that Les would have offered Breeland Speaks if he thought he could start right away for us? If he is talented enough to be a freshman starter for us then Les would have offered him despite GW3 and hoped to get both.

We switch coverages a lot. Lots of combos and looks. Mostly we play boundary and not man because the DLine has been solid.

If this was a stat that identified a lockdown corner then Patrick Peterson would have been drafted in the middle rounds. Thats a terrible stat to determine if a corner is good. I'll say he is a playmaker, just like Tyrann, but I'm not ready to say he is a great cornerback.

If he thought that GW3 was a lock then yes he would simply not to piss Willis off. The same reason the flirtation of Godchaux and OM was kept secret to not anger Speaks. That's the danger of in state studs. I thought ever LSU fan was intimately familiar with this scenario. It happens all the time.
