if we're being honest me and some fellow Bammer were pretty sure the championship were over following Kick Six and the Oklahoma loss that turned into Lane Kiffin being hired as OC
and, well, that worked out so I'm pretty confident going forward
the thing that needs to be said about this current run is that, yea, Alabama is staying good but the other teams in the West imploding as helped keep us there

Alabama doesn't need some high end, big name OC. Odds are pretty high that he and Saban will clash ideologically like Kiffen/Sark. I think Saban would be happy just plucking some dude out of the stands and dubbing him Offensive Coordinator as long as he's the one that calls the shots. You can tell he really wants to get back to that style of offense they had in the McCarron days. That style of play isn't attractive to a lot of up and coming coordinators.

the machine misfiringI'm alright with a machine misfiring while it consistently churns out SEC Championships and playoff caliber teams.
