What makes you think Brennan will lead LSU anywhere?

Jones' stat line was way more impressive than Brennan's.

Brennan is somewhat of an unknown.

Jones couldnt even beat 4 loss Auburn with 4 future NFL starters at receiver

2 pick sixes will do that. Did Brennan play in any games with the final score in doubt?

I clearly said Brennan was an unknown in my previous post.

Can you not read?

I honestly don’t think he can. I have been agreeing with this short bus scholar the entire thread but he just can’t comprehend what he tries to read.

Whatever dude. You jumped on my post about Danielson's comment and threw Nix in there. You thought you had a gotcha but your logic failed. 2 pick sixes would sink any team, especially one with an inexperienced Qb.

You said it took elite quarterback play to beat Alabama now you're crawfishing because multiple people brought up Nix and proved you wrong.

The reason I asked is because you said Jones couldn't beat a 4 loss AU team. If Brennan is an unknown, why are you so confident about beating Alabama, considering your "unknown" Qb hasn't been exposed to the SEC pressure yet?

I doubt he'll be any worse than Bo Nix.

I can rest easy now. Reading comprehension is a beautiful thing.

Again, Nix had nothing to do with that. If LSU threw 2 pick sixes in a tight game, what are their chances? What Danielson said was that to beat Alabama, you need elite Qb play. That goes out the window when you're giving away TDs. That's all I was saying.

Nix made enough plays to win the game and not give the ball away.

I believe Brennan can do the same.

Jesus Christ. So you're counting on getting 2 pick sixes like AU? Really?

Not really but its very likely that Jones will be less productive next season.

It is not profound insight to say suggest that high level QB play in very important to general team success in modern football. Regardless, saban has lost to a few mediocre at best QBs during his run at bama

Didn't Kyler Murray win the Heisman and lost to Bama in CFP?

And Bammers want to tell us that this character is gonna take them back to the promised land in 2020.

I think he can do it.

He had some mistakes in that Auburn game, no doubt. But at the same time he showed he also had the ability to run the offense well, stay in the pocket and make plays.

If he comes out next year and throws a bunch of pick sixes, then yeah Alabama isn't going to win tougher games. Although he would probably get yanked at some point.

But if he is able to be more consistent and minimize his mistakes, I could see him having a Coker type run with Najee and Sanders running the ball.

Burrow had the greatest college football season ever. The Heisman was his whether he beat your 2 loss team or not, delusional gump. You people are so fricking weird and insecure
